Some say one of the top liquor licensing lawyers in Scotland, I couldn’t possibly comment! I do have a fairly unique experience of the licensed trade having found time in the 90’s to be Legal Director of my own pub company operating over 150 licensed premises across Scotland. It is that practical experience that helps me look after my clients.

Over the years I have acted for the principal brewers, national pub chains and top Scottish entrepreneurs. I feel like I have probably bought more hotels and public houses than any other lawyer in Scotland over the last few years.
